SpringHill Suites Raleigh-Durham Airport/Research Triangle Park

The Housekeeping staff do excellent work. This determination was primarily based on how clean the bathroom was especially under the toilet rim. It passed. No nasty looking green/black stuff. I was in a renovated room and pleased with the results. It was spacious enough for to move about without bumping into furniture. The mattress was comfortable allowing me to sleep well.

The bed was so comfortable! It was clean and I like the way the room was set up.

The room was brand new and nicely designed. You can still smell the new carpet laid! Loved it!

I have to say that they welcome I received by front desk was exceptional. The woman had all my notes from my booking and accommodated each and every one. We spent the whole day wearing them out in the pool, and that lovely courtyard was exactly what I needed to be able to relax. I honestly could not recommend it enough to anyone and we will be back again next year for certain.

Hotel staff, the size of the room, breakfast, pool area - all amazing! Rooms are spacious, great for families. Breakfast includes hot items. They don't rush you and will replenish items if people are still eating. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. We stay here every time we're in Durham.
