The Housekeeping staff do excellent work. This determination was primarily based on how clean the bathroom was especially under the toilet rim. It passed. No nasty looking green/black stuff. I was in a renovated room and pleased with the results. It was spacious enough for to move about without bumping into furniture. The mattress was comfortable allowing me to sleep well.

Personality of all the front desk team. They were patient and focused on a high standard of care. It was obvious. The shuttle bus driver was knowledgable of the area and super careful in ensuring that I got where I was going and got out of the van safely (I have some difficulty climbing). She was wonderfully kind.

The room was brand new and nicely designed. You can still smell the new carpet laid! Loved it!

The staff are always friendly and welcoming. This is my favorite place to stay when I Durham. I frequent Durham every few weeks for doctor appointments at Duke University. So this hotel is my go to. It’s always clean.

I have to say that they welcome I received by front desk was exceptional. The woman had all my notes from my booking and accommodated each and every one. We spent the whole day wearing them out in the pool, and that lovely courtyard was exactly what I needed to be able to relax. I honestly could not recommend it enough to anyone and we will be back again next year for certain.

The breakfast was great and the room was spacious, all of the employees were kind. I ended leaving my watch and the employees ended up shipping it to me which shows great character

Hotel staff, the size of the room, breakfast, pool area - all amazing! Rooms are spacious, great for families. Breakfast includes hot items. They don't rush you and will replenish items if people are still eating. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. We stay here every time we're in Durham.
